Britain is a great country, but this Conservative government is not working for working people. We’re seeing a Conservative cost of living crisis with food, fuel and energy bills all up. Wages are stagnant, inflation is rising.

A decade of dither and delay by the Conservatives has left Britain unprepared for the shocks we’ve faced. The Conservatives have no grip and families, businesses and pensioners are paying the price. Britain can’t afford the Conservatives.

Rather than make Brexit work and focus on the long-term challenges of the country, we’ve seen a Government that hands taxpayers’ money to its mates in dodgy deals, breaks the rules over Covid and is fighting amongst itself.

Under the Conservatives, high tax and low growth mean we all pay more and get less. That’s the cost of Tory incompetence.

And now to make matter worse, the Government has decided to put up taxes up on working families and businesses this April.

The Conservatives are the cost of living crisis. Working people are paying the price for the government’s weakness.

And Boris? Well… the joke’s just not funny anymore.

Meanwhile here in Rugby, we have to send a message – either Johnson is acceptable or not.  If not – we would ask you to support our candidates in their bid to turn back the tide on years of cuts, austerity, and the cost of living crisis.
